Returns & Refunds

Gold Dust + Velvet Collective is committed in providing excellent services to our customers and wants its customers to have the best shopping experience ever. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it within 15 days (from date of receipt) for full refund (minus shipping costs to and from the user), exchange or store credit. To return items, please contact Amber or Kelly at golddustandvelvet@gmail.com for return authorization. Any items returned without authorization will be rejected. For more details about returns, exchanges, store credit & defective items, please read our Terms of Use in Legal.

Payment and Shipping



Once your method of payment is processed and approved, Gold Dust + Velvet will endeavor to package and ship your order within 7 business days, unless otherwise stated differently. Holiday times may vary. Package arrival dates will be based on the type of shipping method that you select upon purchase. However, packaging and delivery times are merely estimates and Gypsy Vision cannot guarantee that any order will be shipped or received by any given date and, thus, Gypsy Vision cannot be held responsible for untimely receipt of any order.

LOCAL PICK-UP

We own Black Dahlia Salon and do all of Gold Dust + Velvet out of here. If you chose  local pick up, you must email us at golddustandvelvet@gmail.com to arrange the pick up time and date. We are only here by appointment. We would not want you to come downtown and have no one here. 

Address: 1701 O street.  We are on the second floor of Generation Vape. Enter through unmarked white door on 17th street. Inside Black Dahlia Salon
